How can I view the sofas you have available to hire?
Our range of sofas available for hire can be found at the top of the page under Gold, Silver, Bronze and Corporate headings.
How long can I hire a sofa for?
All sofas are hired on a weekly basis, with a minimum contract period of 3 weeks. You may hire the sofas for a shorter period, however you will be charged for the minimum contract period.
Can I take out insurance with Stop Gap Sofas against accidental damage to the sofas?
Due to FSA regulations we are unable to provide you with insurance directly. We would recommend that you check your own home contents insurance to determine whether you are sufficiently covered in the event of damage being incurred.
What happens if I spill something on the sofa during the hire period?
All our sofas have removable machine washable covers. We therefore encourage you to wash any affected areas immediately, following the instructions on the covers themselves. Please note that all sofas hired are to be returned in the condition in which they were hired. See our Terms and Conditions.
Are there any costs for delivery?
Delivery / collection costs within London are denoted via postcode in the map above. For all deliveries outside of London please call us for a free quotation
Can I make any changes to the delivery & collection times?
Once you have placed your order, you must contact us at least 48hrs before either the delivery or the collection dates that you wish to alter. If you fail to contact us in time, this may result in a charge of £30 being applied.
